What is Future in Trades?

The Future in Trades program is a Linamar initiative that offers career development opportunities to recent or soon to graduate women interested in pursuing a career in the skilled trades or technology. This initiative is eligible for the following Conestoga College programs Electromechanical and Automation Maintenance and Mechanical Technician – General Machinist

Eligibility

• Women interested in a career in the skilled trades or technology
• Recently graduated or graduating in 2023
• Accepted into recognized college program
