Mrs. Rose brings over 35 years of extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, benefits, organizational development, EHS, and labour relations.
Mrs. Rose joined Linamar Corporation in September 2003 as Corporate Director of Human Resources, in 2011 Mrs. Rose accepted the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources. Prior to Linamar, she has held various senior leadership roles both in Canada and the United States.
Mrs. Rose has held several external board positions and most recently joined the Board of Directors for St. Joseph’s Health System.
