Linamar Ethics for Everyone provides you with a
number of reliable resources to report an incident
which is of a questionable financial nature.
This program allows you to report to EthicsPoint,
an outside organization that is not related to Linamar
Corporation. With EthicsPoint, you can remain
anonymous if you choose.
In the event of any questionable activity, employees
are encouraged to talk to a Supervisor or Employee
Relations Representative/Manager first. However,
in those cases when you do not feel comfortable
taking this route or do not feel satisfied with the
response you’ve received, the Ethics for Everyone
reporting procedure is an alternative.
