Frank Hasenfratz Inductee

The Canadian Manufacturing Hall of Fame inducted our founder Frank Hasenfratz into their Hall of Fame for the significant contributions he has made to advance manufacturing in Canada.

 

Ontario Chamber of Commerce
2007 Business Excellence Award (Large Business)

The Guelph Chamber of Commerce nominated Linamar for an Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Business Excellence Award. We won this award in the ‘large business’ category and where honoured at an official ceremony in Toronto, an event that showcased business success in Ontario ranging from a video game design business, to oil companies and fortunately manufacturing excellence.

Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters
2007 Manufacturer of the Year

Each year the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) calls for applications for their eight Innovation Awards. This year the CME introduced a new award category ‘Manufacturer of the Year,’ sponsored by Roger’s Media Plant Newspaper. Linamar was selected as the first winner in this exciting new category and received an Innovation Award in St. John’s Newfoundland & Labrador.
