Phil McCulloch joined Linamar in 1995 as a Manufacturing Engineer at their Comtech facility during their initial start-up year.  He was transferred to their new Vehcom facility in 1996 as Engineering Manager to launch and manage the start-up of various products.  Since 1995 he has held various positions at Linamar including General Manager of Vehcom, Linamar Gear and LPP.  From 2006 he served as Vice President of Operations, Transmission Group.  From October 2008 to October 2009 he held the position of Powertrain Group President - Mexico.  In October of 2009 he returned to Canada to assume the role of Group President Energy and Heavy Machining.
