Mr. McDougall joined Linamar in 1987 after graduating from College as a Tool Designer working at the Ariss Manufacturing Division. Since that time he has held various different positions in Engineering, Quality, Operations and Sales and Estimating. Mr. McDougall's prior Linamar positions included Director of Asia Pacific Development, Vice President Operations for Skyjack and Group President Skyjack. In 2009, Mr. McDougall assumed his current role of Group President Powertrain Mexico.
