Mr. Wade rejoined Linamar for the second time in July 1990 working in the manufacturing engineering function.  He then moved on to a number of other senior operations positions throughout the Guelph locations including Engineering Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager.  In 2003, Mr. Wade moved to Germany as the Vice President Operations and Managaing Director of Linamar's new hydro-formed camshaft facility.  Following that assignment he was relocated to China in 2005 where he assumed the role of Group President Asia-Pacific.  In 2008, he added the responsibility of Vice President Operations Western Europe.  Mr. Wade currently holds the title of Vice President of Quality and Manufacturing and has transitioned back to Guelph where he also directs the development activities of The Frank Hasenfratz Centre Of Excellence in Manufacturing.
